Meet NDIS Worker Check
An online worker check application put in place by NDIS providers to minimise risk of harm to people with a disability. This initiative was initiated by the Office of Children's Guardianship (OCG) to guarantee that workers involved with support and NDIS services do not pose risk to the safety of NDIS participants
My role
I designed and tested the flow across mobile, tablet and desktop. The project was designed to be built using (some) existing react components and a new design system being built in StoryBook.
After ideation, I was removed from the project for 6 weeks, as another project needed a resource. When I returned to the project, the application had begun build in form.io and was not utilising the new existing components.
I then redefined the page architecture for the form.io templates so the experience would be in alignment with the other applications being built across the Service NSW digital platforms.
I worked with Service NSW to develop a design guide and CSS/JS framework for use across their RMS digital website transactions and online applications. This included all UI components and conversational style guide for use across all future form and application design.
This complex project involved Proof of Identity Checks, multiple stakeholders and systems.
